MP-AES 4210- SAMPLE UPTAKE FAILING

Question

Hi everyone, My MP-AES 4210 Machine sa is failing to suck/take-up the samples from the sample tubes.. 
 I tried changing the sample pipes but nothing worked. Kindly asking for help on how to sort out this problem?

Have you checked the tension on the peristaltic pump tubing? Either you do not have enough tension, or you may have a blocked nebulizer. On the dashboard, check your backpressure on the nebulizer. Also, disconnect the autosampler if you are using one, and see if it pulls up the sample manually. If it does, you may have a blocked autosampler probe.
