 I have been asked factory for these parameters. Below is a confirmation from them. 
 
 Mass scan rate &ge; 3000 amu/s 
 Detection limit
 
 Be <0,5 ppt 
 In <0,1 ppt 
 Bi <0,1 ppt

Turbo pump allows minimal vacuum 10 -6 mbar operation.
