We tried all the above steps, but the problem continued. We had to change the parameters in the Methods file as suggested in another reply from Cendy D. to make the instrument continue
Fragment analyser (HS NGS kit) fail to achieve 4µA
Hello,
Are you sure the end tip of the PLOT column ends up (and 2 mm withdrawn) inside the FID Jet?
Any problems when igniting the FID?
FID Jet could be contaminated from PLOT stationary phase particles ..
Best regards -
Lars

Hello,
I am new to MassHunter, so this may be a basic question or just something I'm doing wrong. I am trying to build a quantitation method for a large number of compounds we are analyzing via LCMS. I ran our calibrators with our LCMS method and have…

When FID is off means no flame.
Voltage applied during ignition and while FID OFF so ignitor also Off..
When ignitor off then voltage also off...
Hope, it's clear to you..
