I am new to MassHunter, so this may be a basic question or just something I'm doing wrong. I am trying to build a quantitation method for a large number of compounds we are analyzing via LCMS. I ran our calibrators with our LCMS method and have created a batch with appropriate calibrators and QC samples and I have input the levels and concentrations for each compound, as well as input info for internal standards, etc. However, calibration curves and calculated concentrations are not appearing. When I try to quantitate under analyze, I get the message "batch quantitation failed. Please calibrate before quantitating." If I try to view the calibration curves, no calibration curve appears instead the message "failed to curve fit" is there. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
