Issue
Sometimes, for support purposes, it is necessary to send the diagnostic test result file to Agilent support representatives.
This file contains detailed information about the performance of the system and helps technical support teams identify and troubleshoot any issues that may be present on the instrument. It is best to acquire this file after running the full set of hardware diagnostic tests.
Steps to Follow
In the home Screen, press User Login (see Figure 1).
At the bottom of the screen, press Current User > Open Login Page (see Figure 2).
Log in as administrator (default password: ADMIN).
Plug a FAT32 USB drive (< 16 GB) into the AriaMx instrument.
Press Settings > Instrument Diagnostics > Browse Results > Results
Select the last diagnostic test results file (see Figure 3). The file name is the date and time of the diagnostic run, yyyymmdd_hhmm.res).
Press the Copy button to copy the .res file onto the USB drive.
