This Information Applies To: Agilent 7000C/7000D/7010B triple quadrupole GC/MS
Issue
The GC firmware does not support LVDS communications with the 7000C/7000D/7010B GC/TQ, so you must use the Web User Interface (WUI) to configure the MS detector network settings.
Steps to Follow
Press the MS On/Off switch to start the instrument.
From the controlling PC Web browser, type the current instrument IP address and press enter (See Figure 1). The WUI Main Menu page will be displayed. The default IP address is 192.168.254.12; but other IP addresses could be configured in the instrument.

Enter the IP Address, Gateway IPA, and Subnet Mask for the Triple Quadruple.
Click the Submit button to assign this IP address to the Triple Quadruple.
