Issue
How to delete data that is stored on the GC instrument.
Steps to follow
Caution: Before deleting data from your GC, Agilent recommends extraction of data as a backup.

Tips: You might be asked to enter a PIN to confirm the storage clearing.
Go to Settings > System Settings > Access and note the PIN prior. |
How to delete all chromatographic data
Press Delete All Chromatographic Data.

How to delete all saved methods
Go to Settings > Service Mode > Instrument > Reset.
Select Clear User Methods.
Go to Settings > Service Mode > Instrument > Reset.
Select Factory Reset to set the instrument to an unconfigured state.
Caution: Using this option will delete all saved data including run data, usage data, logs, configuration settings, browser interface sequence and methods, feature selection choices set by data system, and so forth. |
