Issue
Resetting upper or lower markers from their automatically assigned settings in the Agilent 2100 Expert software.
Background
The Agilent 2100 Expert software will assign the markers automatically. The software is able to assign the markers as they each have a known size (bp/nt/kDa) and therefore should migrate within a predetermined time frame. If a marker has not migrated within the expected time frame, or if there are other peaks close to the marker, a different peak may be incorrectly assigned as the marker. Incorrect marker peak assignment may result in inaccurate sizing and/or quantitation.
