Generating Reports in SpectrAA Software

Answer

This Information Applies To: Agilent SpectrAA Software

Issue

There are three different ways to generate reports in SpectrAA Software.

  • Generating a Report from Stored Data
  • Automatic Report Generation During a Worksheet Run
  • Automatic Report Generation After a Worksheet Run

Requirements

Reports may be printed, exported, or generated on screen for viewing. A printer must be set up as default on the PC before printing.

Steps to Follow

Generating a Report from Stored Data

  1. On the SpectrAA home screen, click the Report option. See Figure 1.

Figure 1. Reports Set up Page

  2. In the Reports window, click the Worksheet tab.

  3. Select the Worksheet (or search for the worksheet file) in order to generate the report.

  4. On the Select tab, choose the Methods to include in the Report.

  5. Click the Settings tab. Specify the Report type, the range or type of samples to include in the Solutions Data group, and Report Contents. See Figure 1

  6. Click the Save Settings button.

  7. Click the Report tab, then generate the report to either the screen, printer, or file type for exporting.
