Invalid license problem

Hi all, I have problem in GC6890 ,I can not connect with open lab and a message appears licensing error any help. Thanks Dheya

Hello, A direct connection from the GC to the workstation with a crossover cable is the most stable connection you can setup. Here is a description of a crossover cable: Ethernet crossover cable - Wikipedia Most crossover cables will have the word "Crossover" printed on them or be labeled as such. Other than that, you can also look at the wiring at the RJ45 connectors and compare to the pinout in the Wikipedia article.

Hello, I added tags to this post to increase visibility. OpenLab licenses are tied to two things on your PC: the computer name and the MAC address. If this license has worked in the past but now has stopped working, then the first things you want to check are if the computer name has changed or if the MAC address that was used in the license file is no longer detected in Windows (maybe a NIC was replaced).
