Invalid license problem

Hi all,

I have problem  in GC6890 ,I can not connect with open lab and a message appears licensing error 

any help.

    If you are unable to ping the instrument's IP address from the ChemStation PC then this would explain why you are unable to connect to the instrument.

     

    Is this a 6890A, 6890plus, or 6890N? If it is a 6890N then you should be able to check the IP address of the GC by going to [Options]>[Communication] on the instrument's front keypad. If it is an older 6890 model then we would need to determine what model LAN card you have installed (model number should be on a sticker on the back of the GC near where the RJ45 port is where you plug in the ethernet cable. Depending on the model LAN card you might need to use bootp to assign an IP address or you might have the ability to store an IP address using telnet.
