Invalid license problem

OpenLab licenses are tied to two things on your PC: the computer name and the MAC address. If this license has worked in the past but now has stopped working, then the first things you want to check are if the computer name has changed or if the MAC address that was used in the license file is no longer detected in Windows (maybe a NIC was replaced).

If there was a change in the computer name and/or MAC address, you will need to return your current license and generate a new one with the PC's current computer name and MAC address. Today when you open the GC we noted the increase returned valid but not connected and the Remote LED off

we tried to configuration instrument but  a message appears(failed to connect to 6890 at 100.100.100.101)but the GC IP:100.100.100.101,when Checked configuration not configuration

Are you able to ping the GC at 100.100.100.101? If not, then you might want to verify the IP address assignment on the instrument and that the PC and GC are on the same subnet.
