Energy and Source in red

Does anyone know how to resolve this Energy and Source status in red?
The Cary 630 does not allow any analysis with this status!

It seems that the source should be replaced.

The User manual has both the instructions to replace and the part number for the source. We also recommend changing the desiccant too. The User manual is available online at www.agilent.com From the drop-down menu, located left of the search window, choose User manual, and type 630 in the search window.

Hello, Jorge! Have you ever try to change gain? Go to Gain Adjust e try to put close to 25000. If it still continue red, try to purge your IR with nitrogen gas. If you prefer to speak in pt-br send me a mensager.
