Welcome to the Molecular Spectroscopy Wiki!

The Agilent molecular spectroscopy portfolio incorporates instruments, accessories, and supplies utilizing UV-Vis & UV-Vis-NIR, FTIR, Fluorescence, Raman, and LDIR spectroscopy technologies. The resources in this Wiki feature our familiar routine benchtop UV-Vis, FTIR and fluorescence spectrophotometers Cary 60, Cary 630, and Cary Eclipse—plus our high-end UV-Vis-NIR instruments Cary 4000, Cary 5000, Cary 6000i, and the Cary 7000 UMS. You will also find resources focused on our latest innovations—Cary 3500 Multicell UV-Vis, 8700 LDIR chemical imaging system for microplastics analysis, and Vaya handheld Raman spectrometer for pharma and biopharma raw materials ID testing. Vaya is part of our handheld and portable Raman and FTIR spectrometer portfolio for out-of-lab applications, including solutions for hazmat and CBRN teams, and for airport security screening.
