We have an Agilent 8453 UV/vis spectrometer that until yesterday afternoon was working. The instrument goes through its normal startup routine successfully, gets an IP address from the BOOTP server and I can communicate with the LAN card (G1369A) via telnet, however when ChemStation (version A10.01) loads it gives the error Power Fail 8453. We have tried alternate LAN card configurations and double-checked the configuration on the computer but so far nothing has worked. Any advice would be helpful.
