Agilent 82357B

Hi!

I am trying to replace the GPIB cable (and the PCI card) with a Agilent 82357B USB/GPIB converter and I am getting the error message "UV-vis 8453 powerfail”.  The computer is running on Win7 32, Chemstation B.04.02 and IO libraries 16.

What could cause this issue?

    Hello:

    A common mistake is not setting the VISA interface ID to GPIBO, the GPIB address to 30,  and the SICL Interface ID to hp82341.  Please see the instructions starting on page 102 of the the Installation manual on the B.04.02 disk.

    The latest tested IO library version is 16.3.17218.  Later versions do not work.

    Is it an Agilent branded card?  I am not sure if the Keysight branded card will work.
