I would like to ask if it is possible to execute the command "Created Compound from Each Selected Spectrum" in version B.10.0 of the Agilent MassHunter Qualitative Analysis software. This command is available in version B.07.00, but not in version B.10.0.
In version B.07.00, the command is executed using CmdCreateCompound(int[] spectrumItemIDs, System.Type algorithmType), which is located in the file "QualActionScriptPartialMaster" in the script folder. Is it possible to create a script that executes this command for all extracted spectra?
