"Specified file INSTALLD.txt could not be created" error

Hi everyone, I am trying to install the Agilent MSD ChemStation Classic Data Analysis (G1701FA) software. But, I keep getting this message: "Specified file INSTALLD.txt could not be created", hence I could not use the Data Analysis to integrate my MSD data. Does anyone experienced this before? Are you logged in as full administrator on the computer? What version of windows are you loading this on?

Hi Ron, I have logged in to my uni`s full admin on my laptop and I`m currently on Windows 10.

It could be antivirus software or domain account settings causing the issue.
