MassHunter and NIST library - problem with Identification Workflow

I have a problem with add a library. I don't have an option available "Identification Workflow" with each Chromatogram Result. Some results have this option, but others don't.

What is the reason for this?

Please help me solve the problem.

Could you please let us know what program you are using, such as Qual or Quant, and what library you are trying to utilize.
