Hello, We currently use Masshunter Quant 10.2 and generate our final batch reports in Excel. This spreadsheet is then uploaded into our LIMS. Is there a way that we can also report the not detected compounds in this report and display them as for example, '0.000'.
Currently, if there is no peak integrated or no peak found it does not pull this compound through to the report.
Unfortunately, at this stage PDF reports does not work with our LIMS.

I apologize for the delayed response.
To have Excel list compounds in the report that are not detected you will need to first modify the template using the instructions in this discussion.
This will list all compounds whether or not a peak is detected, but no value for concentration will be displayed.
To do this you will need to add a formula to your table. Instructions for this can be found in the Excel reporting familiarization guide.

This has information on adding a formula (page 96) and also adding one using an IF function (page 136).
You would check to see if your concentration is blank and if it is set the result to be 0 or ND or whatever you like. If it is not blank you would just report the value. You would hide the original concentration column so that you would not have duplicate columns. A simple example would look something like this.
