I apologize because this is a very blind question- New IT guy to the company and previous didn't have good documentation on this application.
I have a user who is getting the attached error whenever they try and open Sequence Manager or open Bioconfirm. Sequence Manager fails to launch at all, BioConfirm will still open past the error message. The path it shows for the log file is empty.
I'm assuming the issue is that the MongoDB is actually somewhere else, but I couldn't find a spot in the application or like a config or ini file that set that. I was trying to look through documentation as well but couldn't see a step where you pointed to the DB.
Is there a spot I can look on a working computer to grab the correct DB info or is this a call to support problem?
