We've been having issues with our LC-MS/MS 1260/6490 and 1290/6470 systems giving "LC Offline" errors when the instrument is all ready to go and we start a worklist. It clearly is connected, because it's showing the LC status the entire time. We're using MH 10.1 Acquisition. We have service contracts and the we've done extensive troubleshooting with the FSEs and haven't been able to resolve it. I thought I'd put it out here to see if anyone else has experienced this.
