Masshunter Qualitative Workflow

Hi all, 
 I am wondering if there is a way to overlay two chromatograms with the software and have it calculate the difference between the two? For example, i would like to take the EIC of one sample (eg, ion 85) and compare it to another sample (ion 85), have the EICs overlaid, and have the software calculate % match. If the software cannot do it, can someone recommend qualitative analysis software that might?

 There is not a way to do something like a spectral library match with chromatograms. If there are specific peaks you are interested in you could set up a simple quant method and define one run as your standard with a concentration of 100 and then compare the results of the 'sample' run.
