MassHunter Qualitative analysis - How do I find the relative abundance?

Hello everyone!

I downloaded the MassHunter Qualitative analysis software recently. I am confused about how to use this software, specifically finding the relative abundance of a compound. How could I be able to find the relative abundance using this software?

Any help is very appreciated and thank you!

Hi,

in the Navigator View you can find in MS Spectrum Rsults pane the button"MS Spectrum Peak List" with the rel. abudance

In the Compounds View you can find the information in Compound Identification Results or in the Compound MS Spectrum Results
