MZ Additional for quantitative analysis

Hello,

I'm trying to create a quantitation method with more than one transition as quantifier.

I saw in this discussion that it can be done with the column "MZ Additional" ( MassHunter Quant Method - include isotopic masses in a single compound entry)

But I don't find it in the sofware. Is it because of the version? I use MassHunter Quantitative Analysis B07.01. If so, in what version of the software this column can be used?

Is there another way to add a second transition as quantifier, so that there is the sum of two transitions on the chromatogram?

Thanks

  • Hello,

    Thanks for your reply.

I tried the Area Sum option, it works indeed as areas for all transitions are summed, but the chromatograms are still separated for every transition, and thus my S/N is not better. Same thing for the group function, I didn't manage to get a sum of all the transitions on 1 chromatogram.

I use now MH v10 and "MZ Additional" option is available, so problem solved

    Thank you
