Hi everyone,
we have a very old GC/MS with serial number DE00004737 and Software ChemStation G1701 DA D.03.00.611. As we use it only for simple measurements that's totally fine but last week we suddenly had the error message: "Instrument control libraries not loaded". As Agilent is not supporting this old software version, I am seeking you for advice. We also found out that it only shows up when the MS is connected to the GC. Out IT department already tried to install the libraries again but problem could not be solved.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this issue?
