Can Profinder be used in single quadrupole MS?

This would not be a tested or supported workflow. While GCMS SQ data can be processed, in limited testing it appears that if Profinder see ESI data it assumes it is accurate mass. Even attempting to open up the mass filters to something approaching unit mass accuracy, Profinder will not complete the analysis and generates errors.
