MS Signal Integration Parameters not showing.

 I am using the Enhanced ChemStation MSD ChemStation F.01.03.2357Agilent Software. Recently, I am experiencing trouble with adjusting integration parameters as the 'MS Signal Integration Parameters' in Chromatogram option is not showing up. The software will let me select the ' MS Signal Integration Parameters' without displaying the command window. When I retry to open it, I get an error message indicating it is already running or open somewhere in the background: 'This action is not allowed while the Integration Parameters panel is displayed!'. 
 I have tried re-installing the software, but the functionality has not come back.

 Most likely the window is off the screen when it opened. This file is stored in the temp directory in Windows. The way I find the temp folder is to open a command prompt and type SET . That will display Temp= and TMP=. 
 Migrate to that folder path in Windows Explore. We are looking for 2 files depending on the integrator you are using. 
 RTEINTPARAMSx.ini or GENIE_EIEx.ini 
 x= instrument configured 1,2 ,3 ,4. 
 rename the file to .old. 
 Restart DataAnalyis and the issue should be resolved.
