Is it possible to show on the quantitative report that the peak was integrated manually?
OpenLab gives this opportunity. On the report there is information about manual modification. Moreover, each chromatogram/data that was integrated manually gets (on his description} flag ("*") that was manually integrated. Does MassHunter also provide this kind of supervision on manual integration?
Yes, the report env_results_withgrapthics.report.xml has this on it. When you select the template, go to the Graphics Settings Tab
Then under the Graphic settings button, check the Original baseline check after manual integration check box.
When you run the report, the shaded area is the manual integration, and the red dotted line is before manual integration.
