GC/MS MassHunter Quantitative Analysis 10.2, Quantitate Using The TIC.

Question

I have a scan GC/MS method that contains an analyte composed of multiple isomers and there is a peak for each one (6). 
 I would like to use the TIC and sum of the individual peak areas to quantitate. I will still need to quant other analytes using extracted ions.

Hello BJACK , 
 To use the TIC to quantitate, set the target compound's M/Z to 0. You can verify in the Compound Information display that the TIC is being used. 
 
 To sum multiple compounds, you can utilize the compound groups and math feature.
