Profinder v 10.0 cannot find DAD1.cd ERROR

Hi all, I get a error message using Profinder v.10.0 (no problem before) that the software cannot find DAD1.cd file. Any idea? 

I have tried everything from re-installing the software to relocating the sample files. It seems like the pointer to the file is missing... Very confusing.
