Quantifier Ion

Hi, I am using version 10.2 . It seems only quant ions can be exported under Edit Method section.?

I apologize for the delayed response.

A compound can only have one quantifier ion or transition. If you want to use more than one ion for quantification, you can utilize the MZ Additional feature explained in this discussion.

If you want to add a new compound with a new quantifier, use the New Compound setup task.

If you want to export the quantifiers and qualifiers, go to the Qualifier Setup portion of the Method Editor, right click in an open space, and choose Export Table... You will have the choice of Excel, CSV, text, or XML.
