I want to know the meaning of pMod of deconvolution algorithm in Deconvolution tap of Mass hunter software.
I know that pMod is based on Maximum entrophy algorithm and peak modeling method is used for fitting and validating.
In this situation, does anybody know what is the detailed algorithm of pMod?
What is the 'peak model' and how is this selected ?
The reason why I ask about this is that, when I did deconvolution with pMod, there is no abundance even though Mass spectrum is available but deconvolution peak by Maximum entrophy has abundance.
So I want to know why pMod delete all of the deconvolution peak that exist before with maximum entrophy.
