Compound list is empty; MassHunter ver. 6.00 qualitative analysis

Question

I'm using MassHunter 6.00 for qualitative analysis of Hedspace-GC-MSD data. When I have run a sample and search lib. I want to have my sugested compounds allong with SCORE in the Compound List. How do I get it there? The only thing I get is a blank page with empty columns???

Hello Andrem , 
 If this is a method that has worked previously then you may need to try clearing the user preferences for qual. In the latest version there is a tool for doing this, but B.06 does not have this tool. You will need to exit all copies of qual and manually navigate to the folder C:\Users\XYZ\AppData\Roaming\Agilent_Technologies,_Inc\QualDefinitions, where XYZ is the currently logged in username, and delete or move any folders that are present. 
 If you are trying to set up a method to do this then I would suggest going through the GC/MS familiarization guide found at the following link for information on finding compounds and library searching.
