Masshunter Quant v. B09.00 & Qual v. B.08.00 Qual Fresh Install Issues

Question

I am needing the latest software/hardware requirements for Masshunter Quant v. B.09.00 and Qual v. B.08.00. The program freezes or crashes when I try to save or pull in a file. The data file is being pulled form a workstation on Windows 10 and is brought over to a Windows 11 laptop. Is the operating system an issue or is it a setting or a patch that I need?

 MassHunter does not support loading data from network shares. And neither of those versions have been tested on Windows 11. You could try to see if loading from the local HD on the Windows 11 PC works, but if it doesn't then you would need to upgrade to the latest versions for Windows 11 support.
