Problem with NIST program

we using masshunter 10.0 and interrogating with nist, we have a problem: NIST opens but does not search for the mass spectrum .

AUTOMATIC SEARCH on is activated. We don't know what the problem is. We have installed and uninstalled NIST and Masshunter and it remains the same.

Hello HTM ,

Did the search feature between qual and NIST ever work on this PC, or is this a new issue? Do the spectra get sent over but no search occurs, or does it open MS Search but there is no spectra available? Are you able to manually search in MS Search?

Hello howard_sanford, the MS opens but does not look for any spectrum.
The computer is new no one had ever installed masshunter or NIST. Is imposible to open.D fil, but opens old D amdis tutorial files like: ALK3.D, Card5p...

Open AMDIS. Load the data file and see if you can send the spectra to NIST.
