I have been working on the Enhanced ChemStation GC/MSD 5977C software with a NIST library. I have been able to manually integrate peaks on the spectra as well as export those manually integrated peaks but I was wondering if there is any way to add those manually integrated peaks to the library search report. I have looked for ways to add it to the method or the integration parameters and not had much luck. I have edited the integration parameters to make it closer to the output I would like but I need to add the manually integrated peaks that I pick. I know this is possible on ChemStation B.04.01, please let me know if there is a work around for my software model.
