Hi Brenger welcome to the Community! I moved your question to the Mass Spectrometry Software Forum for better visibility.

Hello Brenger ,
You can check the quick start guide starting on page 43 for instructions on how to bring compounds from your database into an acquisition method. If you have specific questions let us know and we will do our best to help.
Hi good morninq thank you for reply
My problem is that when I bring them from the database they all appear in the same time period.
I finally manage according to the guide. And it cames out tbat my analytes when single are separated but when nixed just one of them appears . I know it migbt to much ask vut can someone explain me why it occurs such a way please!!
Brenger ,
I believe if you run your optimizer using infusion or just with a short column you will have to manually update the RTs in the table. Is this what you are asking?
When you say when single they are separated but when mixed only one appears, are you referring to your chromatography and being able to separate the compounds?
About Optimization , I really need to understand how to update RTs
The 3 aflatoxins are elutrd when single one (AFLG2) at less than 3 minutes the 2 others (G1 and B2) around 6 minutes. But when mixed they all come out at about 6. I decided to add Ammonia they are a little bit separated i reduce de flow rate and i still have a large band joigning the three.

Resolving chromatography issues, even for established methods, can be challenging and would require more information than can easily be shared in the community. I would suggest reaching out to your local support team for more assistance with getting your LC and acq method set up.
