Hi, sorry I'm kind of a MassHunter noob and really need some help. I've spent hours trying to figure out how to work this and am in need of a simple answer.
We're making a custom library using the library editor. We have many samples we've run through our GCMS. We want to copy and paste spectra data into the library editor for each compound.
1) It seems like it would be very intuitive that Qual would let you copy the spectra and then simply paste it into Library Editor, but this does not seem to be the case. Is this possible?
2) I know for a fact you can copy and paste from Quant, but whenever I make a new batch none of my data has any spectra data in it(???) despite it definitely having the spectra data when opened in Qual.
3) We also have access to an old school program that looks like and outdated version of Qual. "G3 MSD Data Analysis" I think is its name?
Is it possible to copy and paste spectra data into library editor from any of these programs? If so, how?
I'm just very, hopelessly confused, please help.
