We currently have as GC/MS/FID using Masshunter and need to print the FID traces as a pdf scaling the y-axis to zoom in on the minor peaks showing %Area values. Is this possible within any masshunter software? I've managed to get a report showing the chromatogram but am unable to zoom in using the Qual reporting software and I'm struggling to get a report from the enhanced data analysis software.
Any help appreciated, we've got a dual use instrument but appear unable to get the reports we need for the FID data
