MassHunter Qualitative Analysis 10.0 - Walkup - Workflows

Question

Hello, 
 Sadly we had to reinstall windows due to our LC-MS(TOF) communciation issues and hence reinstall MH 10.0. We are so close to getting it to work but just probably missing something here. 
 So we have managed to get all our methods, user list back up. Also have had our custom workflow backup however the only difference now is... when we ran compounds we do not see any MS.CSV and UV.CSV files that was generated previously automatedly. However when I do reprocess the data using the custom workflow of ours, it does generate those data but it is a manual interference whilst before it was a automated feature. 
 What have we missed here? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello b451r , 
 The first thing to check would be the Data Analysis Method setting in the Walkup Methods setup dialog and make certain you are specifying the correct Qual DA method. 
 
 In older versions or WalkUp you would specify the DA method in the DA tab of the acquisition method within MassHunter Acq. I'm not certain if this will work with the newer version of WalkUp, but setting the method here should work. 
 Let us know what you find.
