Index-13 is out of bounds

Index xxx is out of bounds is typically related to the print area/page size requirement in your printer.  I would first try selecting a printer that can accommodate the print requirements, A4 or Letter.  If that doesn't work, you could try to Print to PDF.  If that doesn't work, change your method to acquire the data and not process it and the process it after the sequence has completed.

On command line type 

pagesize

This will tell you what the page size is. Then you can type on command line

sysprinter$

This will tell you what printer it is using.

This is normally a printer issue.
