Anyone have issues with MassHunter 10 not communicating with a 6890N?

Does MassHunter Acquisition load in offline mode? Do you have the right firmware loaded on the 6890N?

Offline mode works and I am running N.06.07 firmware on the GC.  I have isolated the issue to this particular GC as I have changed out computers and got the same error.  In addition I have another 6890N with the same firmware and MassHunter has no problems with it.  Thanks for the help!

You may have a hardware issue on that 6890N.

I finally figured out what was causing the communication error with MassHunter.  It was one of the detector EPCs.  Once I removed it from the instrument, MassHunter linked up without issue.  Would have never imagined that an EPC would cause the issue, so I wanted to share incase someone else had the same issue(s).
