Checksum error

When trying to open any worklist in LCMSMS Data acquisition   Software we get an error “work list ***** has invalid checksum and can’t be used”

When trying to open any method in LCMSMS Data acquisition software and error appears

Access to path C:/…/Checksum_Temp.xml is denied.

we are operating under compliance mode. We can’t run anything at the moment, nor create new methods.

has anyone encountered this before?
