How can I estimate the area or height of manually integrated EIC peaks on Chemstation?
The “Generate % report” dropdown menu produces the area and height of auto integrated peaks but excludes the area and height of the manually integrated peaks.

After manually integrating the peaks under Chromatogram...Percent Report. This will generate a report on just the manually integrated peaks. If you want all the peaks found and manually integrated peaks. First Integrate the chromatogram, then manually integrated the peaks of interest the run the Percent Report.
Thanks a lot for your reply. I have tried both ways but I keep getting only the area of the software-integrated peaks while those for the manually integrated peaks are missing
I performed this in G1701FA Enhanced Mode and does work on my system. The below screen capture, peak 2 type is rM, M for manually integrated.

I can see that you are working on TIC. I can do this on TIC without a problem. Where I have issues is when I extract the ions of interest, I can quantify the areas for the peaks I manually integrated. I am working on m/z 191, 177 etc
I have performed the same function on EIC's.
THank you very much. This is resolved
