CF Formula in MH Quant.

The only reason why the axes would change on the calibration curve in Quant would be if an internal standard was specified for the compound in questions. If you tell Quant to use an ISTD while calculating your compound results, then Quant will take your compound's response and concentration relative to the response and concentration of the ISTD.

If you check in the ISTD Setup section of the Method Edit screen, is the ISTD Compound Name column populated for the compound in question?

Yes, I am using internal standards... and familiar with calibrations, but getting confused with Quant terminology (possibly).

The CF Formula which is stated in a column in the tabulated results is not the same formula which is shown in the calibration curve window. And the tabulated CF formula gives the wrong concentration when applied to the response ratio ('RR' column), whereas I get the correct concentration when using the formula shown in the calibration curve window. I thought the RR value was the ISTD normalized response?

I have not been able to reproduce this issue on my system. No matter what changes I make to the calibration curve fit, the changes are always reflected in the CF Formula column of the batch table.

Is this only happening on with one batch, or every batch you analyze? My first inclination would be that maybe the batch.bin file corrupt if the issue is isolated to a particular batch.

Also, could you provide more information on your workflow?

Are you making any changes to your curve fit settings (disabling a cal point, changing the curve type, etc...)? Are you noticing the CF Formula issue with all samples in the batch, or just particular sample types (sample, cal, QC, etc...)?

Typically, no changes to the cf is done. All sample types affected, the CF Formula column never shows the ISTD normalized calibration eq  Did try to make a new method, same issue. It wasn't like this before, but randomly happened without me noticing at first, so somewhere something has broken.

Since I have yet to be able to reproduce this issue, I would need access to your batch in order to move forward troubleshooting this.
