Swap bound

What revision of MassHunter Acquisition are you running? What operating system is it installed on? Would you be able to post screenshots of these error messages?

This type of message appears occasionally with Windows. The message indicates that your swap or page file is too small, or not being managed correctly. The swap file is an area of disk that Windows uses to exchange memory from RAM to disk, usually if the computer is using a very large program, or is working with a large amount of data.

You can sometimes see this problem if you are running out of disk space (generally don't go above 80% of disk capacity). Alternatively Windows is not managing the swap correctly.

To check this with Windows 10 Go to the Control Panel and click on it; in the Control Panel window go to the Search field at the top-right and type Performance and hit Enter.

• Now find Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows.
• Go to the Advanced tab and click on Change in the Virtual Memory section.
• Enter/Chane the Minimum and Maximum values to match the Minimum and Recommended values (You will see these under the boxes). Then click on the Set button.

The procedure is similar with Windows 7. In the Control Panel  click on System. Click on the Advanced tab and under the Performance box, click Settings. In Windows 7, you’ll need to click on Advanced System Settings on the left side to bring up the System Properties dialog. On the Performance dialog, click the Advanced tab and then click Change under the Virtual Memory heading and make similar changes to above.

The swap file can occasionally become fragmented if the disk is nearly full, and you have added a large program, so it might be worthwhile to copy old data of the disk and then defragment the disk.

I adjusted the virtual memory setting to the initial being the recommended setting and so far the messages have gone away.  Thank you.
