Filenames

I am in the process of validating our Agilent 7820A/5977B GCMS system with Masshunter software for the purposes of GLP. I am having to define the raw data and metadata in the system that is to be archived following a study. Is there a list of filenames and what they are associated to in the software? E.g. what is the file .macaml for and what file format is the audit trail held in etc?

    Hello,

     

    Are you in fact using MassHunter or are you maybe using OpenLab CDS? I ask because the .macaml file format, to my knowledge, only exists in OpenLab data and not in MassHunter data. 

     

    Could you check the software product and revision that you are using by going to either  Help>About or File>About and then post a screenshot of the information that is then displayed?
