Could you please advise on how to configure the system to automatically shut down after completing a sequence run?
I attempted to implement a shutdown by adding an additional acquisition method as a shutdown method as described in the community((https://community.agilent.com/knowledge/chromatography-software-portal/kmp/chromatography-software-articles/kp643.how-to-submit-a-shutdown-method-in-openlab-2-x). However, in our run queue, we don't have a shutdown method to put, if I just add an additional acquisition method as a shutdown method in the end of the sequence, once the run is finished, the machine remains idle, the MS is on, and the sequence status continues to display as "acquiring."
I found another letter((https://community.agilent.com/knowledge/chromatography-software-portal/kmp/chromatography-software-articles/kp643.how-to-submit-a-shutdown-method-in-openlab-2-x) suggesting to set the sequence parameters in the method and run control view from the main menu, Unfortunately, I cannot locate this option in the software. Could anyone please assist me with this issue?
