I was just wondering whether anyone has experienced issues when reducing MS Scan time down from the 500ms default. I am running MS2 scans for method development however whenever I decrease the scan time, the work list does not progress and the instrument gets stuck in an idle state burning solvent. I'm using a 1290 infinity II LC with a 6470 QQQ MS.
