I need to do an LC/MSMS method for quantification on a compound that doesn't ionize into [M+H]+ (barely observed) but only into [M-H2O+H]+
Is there a problem with doing MS/MS on a [M-H2O+H]+ parent ion ?
(PS: negative ionization is not an option)
